Summer fun and hanging out by the pool is here again! Let’s make sure it is a safe for everyone. According to Florida law, if you have a pool in the back yard you must have one of these four safety requirements.
Either, your pool has to be enclosed, there must be a safety cover, all doors that lead to the pool need an alarm, or all doors must have a self-closing, latching device. Unfortunately, failing to meet these requirements could result in a second degree misdemeanor.
