Can I recover from a Florida store for injuries sustained when I slipped on a spilled liquid and fell?

Video Transcription:

Yes, but under Florida law, you must prove one of two things in order to do so: one, you’d have to prove that the store owner knew that the substance was there and failed to clean it up, or two, you can show through circumstantial evidence that because the store owner has a duty to inspect its premise regularly, to maintain its premises in an orderly fashion, etc., that in so doing they failed in a timely fashion to clean up the spill.
