That’s a very difficult question, there are many factors that go into determining the value of a case from how the accident occurred, the nature and severity of the injuries, the amount of medical bills that have accrued, among others. Realistically what I tell my clients is your case is worth what an insurance company is willing to pay and you’re willing to accept to settle your case. Or in the case of going to a jury trial your case is worth what your 6 jurors tell you it’s worth via their verdict.
